Manouchehri made the remark on the sidelines of his visit to Iran Marine Industrial Company (SADRA) Island Shipbuilding Yard (ISY).
He welcomed successful endeavors in commissioning of remaining projects in South Pars and hoped the stagnated activities in construction of platforms in SADRA Industrial Island Yard and hoped the projects will be implemented more speedily.
He noted that such problems as banking and customs formalities exposed to SADRA activities are now solved and financial sources can be extended to it more easily.
“Of course, the financial resources dedicated for the company’s projects were not extended with any problem but the only bottleneck was imbalance of the ceiling of payments and the target progress, which did not allow any payments more than what was actually extended.”
“The National Iranian Oil Company has no problem with fulfilling its financial obligations and will guarantee the contractor’s payments. Of course such a guarantee will be provided in exchange for activities and progress observed in the way. That’s an exceptional chance that all should use to make up for the past. Let’s strive for fulfilling our professional mission and defending our professional zeal.”
