Shafeie made the remark in a meeting with Bulgarian Ambassador to Tehran Christo Polendakov on Sunday.
He said formation of the chamber will be necessary to make a drastic change in bilateral economic relations.
He went on to say that in the past, Bulgaria was the linkage point of Iran and majority of European states for transit of Iranian cargoes. “So, Iranian Ministry of Roads and Urban Planning has set up a special committee to deal with Iran-Bulgarian transportation and the ICCIMA also follows up talks to that end.
Shafeie said Iranian government gives priority in its foreign relations to Bulgaria.
